Apricot

 Oblong in shape, Tom apricots have a burnt orange tone to their colour and can be somewhat firmer than other varieties.  Furthermore, the flavour of Tom apricots has a more aromatic quality to it alongside a sweet but sharp edge.

Vanillacot

Apricot

 Particularly sweet flesh when compared with other varieties, but a slight tang to be found in the skin. Cream rather than orange with a pink blush, these apricots appear quite unique.

Ladycot

 Large in size and oval to round in shape, the Lady apricot variety are of a bright orange tone with a slow red blush. As with the colour, the quality of these apricots are excellent with the perfect balance of firmness and flavour.

Perlecot

Apricot

 Smaller than the Lady variety, Perle apricots are much rounder in shape and far brighter in blush with almost fifty percent of the fruit being swept with a shade of red. An enjoyable flavour being both sweet and juicy without losing firmness.
